Do you offer free shipping?

All orders over $150 qualify for free USPS First Class shipping! Otherwise shipping is a flat rate of $8.99

Will I be charged sales tax?

Currently we are required to assess sales tax for Ohio customers. For all other states, tax will not be assessed at checkout. This will change based on updates to the economic nexus laws of your state.

Can I make changes to my order?

Kind of. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to make any changes. Otherwise we may already have started working on it, and at that point we likely can't make changes. Please double check your orders for accuracy before placing them, because to get your order out as fast as possible the production process starts almost right away!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal. For in-person transactions cash is accepted. For all payments by check, work will begin on your order 72 hours after check clears.

Do you require payment up front for bulk orders?

For bulk orders over 20 garments, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at time of customer design approval, with remaining at time of delivery

Do you charge more for 2XL sizes?

Yes, 2XL and up are generally an additional $2-$4

What type/fit are your garments?

Most shirts are unisex, which is a more relaxed fit. Women's fit shirts available where indicated and upon request but will likely incur additional cost. Please complete contact form or custom request form for these instances

Can I order a sample?

We don't offer printed samples, but we are happy to email your design prior to printing to ensure accuracy. Let us know in an email or through our Contact Us page if you would like this prior to printing.

If you want to be sure about sizing, please contact us to order a blank item. You can try it on and then return it. We will refund the item price, but we cannot refund any shipping costs.

What are the timeframes for orders?

We are a print on demand company, so each item you order is custom printed upon your order being placed. Typically we will have your order in the mail within 5 business days, then shipping speed is standard for First Class mail (1-3 days). We love the Postal Service but cannot be responsible for any delays or mishaps once the item ships. If your item is damaged en route please contact us and we will look into it together.

What is your return policy?

Custom orders cannot be returned, but if the item is not what you expected contact us immediately. We handle every issue on a case-by-case basis and we'll try our best to make it right.

If your item arrives incorrect, damaged or incomplete we will resolve the problem. Send a photo of the issue to michelle@made2wearohio.com.

Do you ship internationally, to Hawaii, Alaska or APO/FPO/DPO addresseses?

Right now we ship only to the Contiguous United States (not Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico), and we're sorry we do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses at this time.
